White Screen

When I switched on my Sony k800i this morning all I got was a white
screen and the phone cant be switched off by the on off button.

Any ideas on what the repair would be a new screen maybe??

Have you only tried once...?

Try a few more times. If it's the same, turn to Ericsson for a repair.
