ATRIX "an awesome front-facing camera" ?

What purpose for a front facing camera, besides a web cam?

If the subject you are taking a picture or video of is on the
smartphone display, how can you see it if you have to point the
display towards the subject?

All digital cameras have the monitor facing towards the user, with
the lens facing the other way.

Just wondering if it is backwards like that, or is the reviewer
mistaken?

Reviewer is mistaken - front facing camera is VGA.

Many phones have a front facing camera for video calls.

As it happens both this phone and my Nokia N79 have a 5MP rear facing main
camera to shoot pictures and video and a VGA (0.3MP) front facing camera for
video calls.

So the review sucks, the camera (from reading the spec') is a bit above
average, with the display the best feature IMO.
