Default Installing CABs on Motorola ES400

This is probably a stupid question, but here goes... How does one go about
installing multiple CAB files on an ES400 device? My previous experience has
been with WinCE devices, and what I did for those was to copy a
INSTALLCAB.RUN file to \Application\StartUp and it would call a INSTALL.BAT
file which would use wceload.exe to decompress the CABs and copy support
files to the applicaitons Program Files folder. It doesn't appear that I can
execute either a .run or .bat file on this device. How can I accomplish the
same tasks on the ES400 that I did when installing on a WinCE device?
Any assistance would be appreciated!

The Motorola ES400 is a cutting-edge mobile with Enterprise Digital
Assistant (EDA) that transforms mobile managers and task workers from
informed to truly empowered by giving them the tools and access to
critical enterprise-class applications they need to complete any job,
anywhere. Instead of pushing information at your workers, give them what
they need to take action when and where it matters – in front of your
customers.

The Motorola ES400 is surely the most reliable handset available in the
present market. There have been quite a few similar problems regarding
this handset are reported. I would suggest you to get out of the box and
get the Motorola Xoom. It will be soon in the market with the best of
the features, and I am sure that the developers have eradicated such
critical issues. And with the dual core processing you won't be having
such problems with the execution of such files for sure.
