I want know Nextel's GroupConnect how Set-up?

if my iden phone support Selective Dynamic Group with nextel ,
Can i create a Group Connect with anyone who may be not my friend just
i know his DC num?
if i create group connect sussess,I make Call with this group,anyone
among my group is have to join my group?
if other create SDG ,before he make this group Call ,Can i recevice
any message about I added to his SDG?
