i415 Unlock HELP!!!!!

I need help unlocking an i415. I have a the usb data cable and raptor but it
won't recognize it. Is there a setting or different software I have to use?

Raptor needs serial
Iden Pro needs usb
You might have a newer software on that handset
You might need to flash! Then run iden pro
