newbie help

Hello all,
I have a i560 and would like to know if this is possible.
Can I setup a separate phone book for the parents of the little league team
I coach, I can not remember all the names to just keep scrolling.
I see a feature for new group but can not get it do what I want, it will
only allow Nextel people with DC#'s.
