V180 international unlocked phone

Will a Nextel/Sprint ic502 sim card work in a v-180 phone outside the US?

most likely not. the IC phones only use the sim card for direct connect
service. the sim does not contain and phone number information or
service that is stored internally within the phone like all other sprint
(CDMA) phones.
