5800: Programs installes only to internal memory

I have almost no room on the internal memory on my 5800.
Nokia Maps and Mail for Exchange takes more and more of the memory.
And there is no choice to install any of them on the memory card
instead.

Even worse, programs like QuickOffice and Adobe Reader LE also ignores
my OVI Store settings and install themselves to internal memory even
if I have selected to install on memory card.

And now the norwegian 1881 mobilsøk (auto number search and phone
directory service) also installs to internal memory without asking
where to install :-(

What is the use having a huge memory card when everything installs to
internal memory?

Is there a way to force programs to install to the memory card?
Any setting? Something I can do with the SIS/SISX file?
Something I could do in OVI Suite or Oxygen Phone Manager?
