6340I stuck in test mode! Help!

I don't know how I did this and I don't even have a clue how to get
out of this. Some how I got my phone set to field test mode. I tried
turning it off, no good, taking out the battery, no good, taking out
the sim, still no good. How the hell do you get this thing out of
field test mode to return to normal? It calls out fine, it recieves
calls fine but I rather see my cellular providers name than all of
those test numbers!
Now while we are in he test mode might as well do something useful. How
do I change the logo from the default Cingular to my T-mobile logo?
and please tell me how to exit test mode when done.
Some say the SIM has the logo of the provider on it. if so,
letts have it use the default logo on the SIM card.

I figured to get out of it. hit menu. scroll down to field
tests. At the field test number window punch 0000 and hit select.

Now my phone still has this handy field tests option if I really want
to hack it. Other than updating it to use T-Mobile's logo and possibly
enable GPRS for Wap.... Not much else I want to hack on it. I didn't
see any other new menu option on the menus but I haven't looked
really. Field test just appears to be the only new major menu option.
Mr. Field test showed me something interesting.
1. T-mobile in Torrington Connecticut is using 850MHZ
2. There is some funky stuff in there I would love to learn more
about.

I misread the screen! (oops!) again since I don't have a
description of all of the field test screens and their output formats.
I thought I saw 850 but one of the screens
shows B50. Therefore I recind my comment on T-Mobile being at 850 in
Torrington Connecticut.

I've never owned a 6340, but most of the TDMA Nokias had a similar
field test mode.

There should be a way to select a "test number" with the softkeys.
Select it and enter "00." That turns off the test but leaves the
phone in Field Test mode, and you can start it again by getting into
the menu and scrolling to "Field Test." Tosuppress FT mode entirely,
enter *3001#12345# which should get you into NAM programming mode.
Then exit (without selecting "Field Test!")

I don't think that's possible in FT mode- that requires software and
a data cable.

T-Mo doesn't put logos on their SIM- the logos are in the phone's
firmware and need special software to overwrite them. (I remember
one from the old days called "LogoManager.")
