Big brother IS here

Hello.
Sending an SMS with a hidden app in it to any 3G mobile, can turn it to a
remote controlled surveillance mic and camera. When u call it, the phone
does not ring, but u can activate its mic.
When it receives an SMS, a copy of it arrives at your phone too. When it
dials or receives a call,
an SMS with the number dialled or calling arrives at your phone. I knew
there were programs like Photospy, but u had to install it at the phone
first and then give the phone to the person u want to spy. But now it can be
done to any phone via an SMS... Anyone knows how, a) to do this, b) to
protect against it? (I guess u never open an SMS, send it to inbox first,
see rhe number and if its familiar, open it, else delete it.)
