"Cell info not available on network" Error Message?

I recently got a Nokia 6288 and I really like the phone. The only
problem I'm having is that ever once in a while it beeps and gives me
this message "Cell info not available on network".

Does anyone know what that is suppose to mean? Better yet does anyone
know how to shut that message off so that it quits appearing?

I believe this message means that "cell info is not available" :-)

You should be able to get rid of it by setting cell info display off from
your phone menu (see user guide).
