Connect Nokia phone to computer speakers/headphone set

Hi,

I want to know if it is possible to give input from a nokia handset to
devices like computer speakers or a headphone set.

I can presently connect a handsfree unit to this nokia set.

Are there any convertors available? Or, will it work if I splice open
the handsfree and connect it to my computer speaker
