Dual SIM tray for BSNl-AIRTEL Cobination

Dual SIM Tray is not working with BSNL-AIRTEL Combination on Nokia
6030 and 1600

I have tried with Dual SIM (Both SIM of AIRTEl maharashtra) card in
6030 and 1600 Handset, It is working Fine.

I have tried but "SIM Card Rejected"message populated on hand set

Please Suggest solution so that i can use dual SIM card Tray for BSNL
