Can i somehow get the know how about interfacing the 3310 with a PIC
microcontroller?

Now there's a helpful suggestion!

Or for some real help, try http://www.forum.nokia.com . You'll be able
to talk to developers who have written all sorts of applications for
Nokia phones. Many of them will be happy to give you copies of their
programs for you to 'tweak'.

I presume you have datasheets for the PIC microcontroller? If not,
check out http://rswww.com as I know they sell many variants of that
device (well, they did when I worked there anyway).
