how to read text with arabic font?

I have a Nokia6680 (italian vers.)
I want to read a dictionary italian2arabic in pdf/isilo format

I look for a pdf reader whit arabic font: not found
I look for a isilo: i don't undestand the explain in the forum (for other
font)
I look to add arabic font to the SymbianOS: i have copy the folder
ROM:\system\FONT into flash memory(system\font) , and I have added a ttf
font (after to convert in symbian font with a utilitiy), but the system load
only rom-font
