How to un-install applications on C7

Hi all.
I've bought a Nokia C7-00 but, here in Italy, the phone is sold with
some applications that I really do not use (and I will never use in future).

I tried to remove them with the un-installer built-in into the OS
without success,... the OS (Symbian Anna) always responds with a generic
"Un-install canceled" (actually it says, in italian, "Disinstallazione
annullata" ... that means the de-install procedure is aborted).

So my question is: how can I get rid of this programs?
And, by the way, can someone of you tell me why they cannot be removed
with the standard procedure?

They're probably part of the phone's firmware.
