MY cell phone..?????

I cannot make a phone call on it, although I charged it.

It is a motorola cell.

Did this happen to anyone else???

You should have bought a Nokia phone instead. I've had many Nokia
phones and every single one of them has been able to make phone calls.

i agree you cold return it for money back i hope and
than get bokia phone hope you could return hone must got
a non working phone dont keep trying to get to work return
that now i got takeing before

cant return it bing i had it over 3 days but ad says
35 and up or service for 50 they want 63 dollers could i
make a fcc complant being thats a lie in there ad
anything i could do abot this problem
