N70 and pc tcpip networking

hi, I want to find software to use on my mobile that can tcpip connect
to a winxp computer and run cmd line from the phone to pc with admin
privileges. any ideas on good software for this?

like "remote command server" for win2000, commands that are available
for NT4 up to win2003 server. I want to connect to the IPC$, run "net"
and ipconfig commands from my phone to any connected computer.

I'm not actually sure if I can get a Bluetooth/G3 connection to do that
with tcpip over a wireless 802.11g nic. but I have to ask and see.
