n73 help?

hi,

i just got a n73 on orange contract.

1. is there a way to set it, so it does an automatic lock, (like the other
nokia's), but not ask for the pin number everytime?? its annoying.

2. i've noticed when in idle mode, when i hold down the red cancel button,
it says 'end packet data connection 'orange internet''. wats all that
about??
y is that on, and am i being charged for internet browsing??
