N900 easy debian

Hi
Installing debian on my n900 failed. File debian-m5-v3d.img.ext2.lzma
seems OK. expanded file debian-m5-v3d.img.ext2 seems to be corrupt.
Reinstalling is not possible! Why?
Trying to delete this file is not possible, file is read only.
How can I change the properties of this file to delete?
