Need some help w/ my senior project

This is Mert speaking from Turkey and later on I'll be asking.

This is a survey to support my senior project. My advisor Stephen Ecks
and I have prepared this survey believing it's an obligatory component
of the project.

I'm going to analyze your thoughts, complaints and requests before I
design a system and revise our perception of the existing mobile web
interface with the information and results I gather from this survey.
There are three steps in this project, which are content,
accessibility and design. I would like to have your opinions about the
first two. Later on, while preparing a draft for the project, I would
also like you to participate in my research.

I took the time to fill out your info and submitted. i filled out
70% of your questions, but not my email address. Your site
rejected my submittal. I exited.
