[NEW] VGBA 3.1 for Nokia Mobile Phones Released

Hello, Everybody!

One more Symbian release. This time it is Virtual GameBoy Advance 3.1.

This is a beta version, very slow and lacking sound, so it is more of a
demo. As far as I know though, it is the *first* GBA emulator that
works on mobile phones. I intend to release an optimized version later.

VGBA will work on Nokia Series 60 3rd Edition phones, such as 3250,
5500, N71, N72, N73, N80, N93, E60, E61, E70, and others. Installation
