Nokia 5800 XM

Hi.

I bought this phone some days ago. I have learned most of the menu, bit I
can not figure out how to do this:

If I call a number and the answer is from an automatic service asking me to
dial further numbers from a menu, I do not know what to do. Where do I find
where to dial?

during an active call you touch "options" at the bottom of the screen and
then choose "open dialler" from the menu

Won't that just set up another call?
