Nokia 6230i playlists

I have copied 512MB of MP3 to my new MMC card. But my 6230i puts all
the songs in one playlist (takes for ever to skip to the right song)
and even I I can select other M3U playlists it says "wrong format".

How should a playlist for the Nokia 6230i look, and is it possible in
the media player to skip to a FOLDER and not only song by song?
