Default Nokia becoming a nightmare

I have just sent the text below to Nokia.

What's the betting I just get another email saying that I might have run
out of credit. That's what it took last time.

No wonder Nokia are, losing out so heavily to their rivals.
--------------------

COMPLAINT - FOR THE PERSONAL ATTENTION OF A SENIOR MANAGER

Hello

I appreciate you are busy but so am I. If you do not take this seriously
my next communication will be a letter to Jorma Ollila and Olli-Pekka
Kallasvuo.

As I said in my original email I have a voucher for £20 (25 tracks) for
use in the Nokia music store.

I set it all up to download a Foo Fighters album and a Kasabain album.

It started and still shows a credit balance of £4.02

After downloading 16 Foo Fighters tracks and 2 Kasabian tracks I
received a message saying that I had run out of credit and must buy some
more.

What is happening? I expect to receive that which you said you would
provide.

On a separate subject I recently tried out a couple of applications from
the Ovi site. They really messed up my phone (N86) and it took me quite
a long time to get everything working again after I uninstalled them.
You only have to look at the reviews to see how many others are
suffering similar problems

Recently I made the mistake of downloading the new Ovi suite. On
synchronising it completely trashed my Outlook contacts and calendar. It
took me at least half a day to get back most of it but I am really
concerned about the repercussions from what I might have overlooked.
Needless to say I have uninstalled this.

I am not an idiot. I spend a lot of time with IT. My last job was 10
years working with complex software.

My last 2 phones have been Nokias. Obviously you are now pushing people
to download software that is causing huge problems. Word will get around
and unless Nokia gets its act together very quickly there will be no
more Nokia.

Regards

Nokia make quite good phones, but they haven't a clue when it comes to
computer software. They finally seem to have got PC Suite working
smoothly, but that's just about the only Nokia software that does work
properly. Definitely steer clear of anything "Ovi".

Absolutely. It completely failed to register me for it (thank goodness) and
I am STILL waiting for the Senior Techy my case was referred to to contact
me about it.

Really, I no longer care.

Ovi? Nope - OVER.

OTOH dealers ceasing to sell their flagship N97 might hurt them.

Well I didn't get a nonsense reply this time. I got no reply.

Now sending off the following. Doubt whether this will get a reply
either but if enough people complain perhaps I can dream Nokia might do
something. I won't hold my breath!

Dear Sir

COMPLAINT

Firstly I apologise for writing to you in English. I speak no Finnish or
Swedish.

I have bought a number of excellent Nokia phones and they have all
worked very well. Unfortunately I find the English software and websites
less easy and judging by the number of complaints these must be losing
you market share.

Like many others I have become frustrated by the failure of UK customer
services to provide any or any useful response.

Please find attached a copy of an email I sent nearly three weeks ago.
Perhaps you could arrange for someone to deal with this and restore my
faith in what used to be a good company.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely
