I have a houseful of Nokia mains chargers, which all have the older/larger
output plugs, therefore no use with latest phone. Does anyone sell a
simple adaptor, or a rewirable version of the new size smaller plugs?

The CA-44 adaptor is widely available. I recently picked up a couple on
eBay very cheap.
