Nokia E63, please help!

I took photo's on my phone yesterday, and I want to put them on my
laptop, but when I connect my phone to the laptop (through the US it
says 'ready to use' but nothing happens. I go into documents and under
'computer' it should say 'Nokia E63' but it doesn't. What do I do? I've
tried everything!

Did you install PC Suite and the Nokia drivers?

Should still come up as mass storage in any event.

Try another cable.

No sir, i have not installed it, and i even don't know how it can be
installed and what is the procedure to use it?Please help!
