Nokia t139 unable to connect bluetooth to pc.

Cannot download our own ring tones/wall paper. Guess they figure we'll buy
theirs instead. Noticed the same thing a few years ago with my Sansa mp3
player, they came out with a firmware upgrade that only allowed connection
to WMP attempting to make it pay for music only.

There's no Nokia model T 139 as far as I know..so you'll have to check
again. And Nokia (or any phone manufacturer) doesn't sell
ringtones/wallpapers so I don't understand who 'they' refers to.
