Default PC Connection

I now have the correct driver for the connection of a Nokia 3100 via
DKU-5 cable to the pc. Unfortunately it has already been connected
and
I assume windows has allocated the wrong driver. I do not recognise
anything relevant in device manager to remove, allowing the
allocation
of the correct driver. Can anybody tell me what it will be called
and/
or how to rectify this and get the phone recognised please?

I presume you have upgraded from a previous version of the Nokia software.
I had a similar problem, PC Suite not seeing my phone. Evidently this is due to a registry entry not being deleted from the previous version. Go to the Nokia site and download the Cleaner tool, uninstall present version and drivers, run the Clean Up tool, re-install your software and driver and it should then see your phone.
