PC Suite: back-up fails

Please help!

I've connected my Nokia N72 through USB with my PC. I'm trying to use
Nokia PC Suite 6.82.22.0 to create a full back-up.

When the content copier (back-up application) reaches approx. a 95%
back-up of the phone, the back-up process comes to a halt. This
happens every time.

The USB line is not disconnected and the phone is not used. I checked,
the PC and the phone remain connected, the line is occupied.

Why does the back-up process not finish?
What should I do?

Try Mobius/PX (part of) LogoManager Pro Suite: http://

Just drag and drop contacts from one phone to the other, or via a
backup folder.

Software is excellent. You will not believe how
much time I've wasted with the Nokia software. From installation to full
backup with Mobiux was less than 5 minutes. Didn't even have to look at
instructions.
