about location so does it mean if i dont give you my

i understand theres virtual phone numbers you could use as
if there a real number is there such a thig as virtual
umbr for texting meaning rather than give you cell number
you get virtual text to fowared to cell and ou could text
back without giveing your cell nuber any info
