Problem with Nokia 6233 please help

Hi, I have a NOkia 6233 which keeps turning off and then back on again.
I can be in the middle of a call or text when this happens. It seems to
be because of a sim message my servce provider sent me to give me
international roaming. I delete the sim as necessary, the phone
switches off then on again, then later the sim message appears like I'd
never deleted it and the phone continues to switch off then on again now
and then. What's wrong?!

Could this be SIM ATK messages related, a compatibility issue with one?
Would it make any difference if you disable SIM ATK from the phone menu or
at least set the phone to request user acceptance for those.
