Problem with phone memory!!

Ive got a 6280.
Think default memory of this series is 7MB.

I bought it 1yr back frm 3G(UK) and it got all it stuffs(services in it).
It got the 3G animation on start-up and lot of it services in Gallery.
Ive try to delete them via both mobile & cable but its right-protected.
Those thing uses LOT of memory space and i dont really need the services.

Is there a way to delete them??? Or some things that i can try to get rid of
all that?!?!?

Try to make u firmware upgrade of the phone (possibly to use the same
firmware verion as already installed). Maybe old stuff is deleted after
that.
