I've been waiting since JANUARY for resolution for faulty goods.
Returned to them as per their returns policy, but since then...... in
August I eventually got offer of replacement, but surprise, surprise,
still nothing. Talk to your local trading standards (not Portsmouth
as their remit is only for local residents) but your OWN local trading
standards should take up your case via Portsmouth trading standards.
But even then there is still only so much they can do.

Wish I had before I bought.....
Take a look at this link here.
Looks like they run the outfit from a cornershop.

Whilst not wishing to defend this company's inaction in responding to
your emails it is quite wrong of you to suggest that they don't have a
returns policy. I found it very easily on their web site. Whether they
actually keep to the policy is another matter, of course.
I've just been using my employers' Intranet services to locate a
telephone number for you - can't say who I work for but the initials are
RM and we used to own BT - but there's no number registered for datakits
(or any variation of the name). The address shown on their web site
comes up as being Data Kits Ltd on our postcode search database.
Sorry I couldn't find a number for you :-)
