Re: Error when synchronise message with PC suite

Hey! I am having the exact problem with my PC Suite. Although before I
upgraded to 6.81 it was all working just fine! Please, if anyone has
any suggestions let us know.

when I did following , it solved my problem

uninstalling Nokia PC suite
uninstalling Nokia PC connectivity Solution
uninstalling Nokia Connectivity cable driver

Run Nokia PC suite Cleaner
http://europe.nokia.com/A4144912

delete complete map (in this map the message are stored )
C:\Documents and Settings\ your login\Phone Browser\your phonename

restart PC

Installed Nokia PC suite UK version 6.81.13.0 , 3 aug 2006
http://europe.nokia.com/A4144905

my phone is a Nokia 6230i v03.23 15-03-05 RM72 GSM P1.1

This seems to have fixed the problem! Except that I had to find and
delete any folder or file related to PC Suite or Nokia manually that
was left after I did all this.
