Maybe you have overwritten essential files, see if you can
get another card out of Orange.
Try to avoid sending it to a "Service Centre" they have
a stack of "Tick the box forms" with options
Dropped
Water damage
Unapproved (non-OEM) battery
etc, etc.
So you send it signed for, and back it comes.
I don't think service centres have the test equipment,
parts, expertise, or inclination to fix phones.
They just collecta an examination fee.
