hi, i m lookin 4 software thru which i can send free sms's thru my cell
n not PC...even to special nos. like the ones in polls n contests...ne
info?

What makes you think if it costs you to normally send an SMS on your
phone that software will somehow magically send it for free on your
phone?

Simple fact is the billing is at the service provider, so there is no
way of bypassing that.
