So, anyone wanna buy an E61...?

Hmmm....too hard to use in the car, since I drive all the time. Lack of
touch screen makes that harder.

Also, I had forgotten about the *joys* of GSM, like being able to hear
MYSELF better than those I am talking to.

Verizon isn't the best, but CDMA is better then GSM in fringe areas like
where I am. They won't be able to keep their rates as high as they are for
a lot longer with all the low priced unlimited plans coming out now...

OTOH, I hooked up to a WiFi at one of my client's today, speed was very
good and Opera browser works quite well. Also, the sound through the
hands-free is clearer than the Verizon phone.

I agree, the WiGi w/ Opera combo more than makes up for the downfalls in
my opinion!
