Sound is Not be able to hear and Clear on Other Side

Well I have been using Nokia Music express for a while now, the only
trouble I get is many times callers on the other side are not able to
hear me well, however I can hear them loud and clear. One important
point I would mention which might have caused such; it’s been 4-5 times
that by mistakenly I have drooped my phone and since then I think that
things are not working in my favour.
I am really looking forward if some one can fix it else I have to go
for a new one.
