unlocked nokia 6800 doesn't find vodafone germany network

I did successfully unlock my nokia 6800 cell phone (t-mobile USA) and
put in a callya card from Vodafone Germany, the phone is fine but it
cannot find a network, even manual search just get me a "No System
found" message. Anyone who can give me a hint, thanks
