4 reps 4 different stories

I called Sprint cs to ask a question about my plan and when i called back
later with a follow-up question, i got a different answer. so i called 2
more times and all 4 reps gave different answers as to what is included in
my plan.

i think their game is designed to confuse...they cut the pie up while the
rest of us lose.


if i have "ultimate vision" is text included? and if so, how many, or is
it unlimited?

No SMS messages are included with any data pack. You do have unlimited
Sprint Picture Mail, which is sort of like MMS messaging.

The vision ultimate pack does not include the unlimited text or any
text actually. However if you have a 'power vision' device there is a
power vision PRO pack available for $30 per month that does include
unlimited text messaging. NOTE: cost of 'casual' and international
text messaging is going up from .15 per message to .20 per message
effective October 1, 2007. This also includes the overage someone
might get if they have a 300 or 1000 text plan. These plans up till
that date are charged .10 per message over the 300 or 1000, but will
go to .20 per message on October1.
