Airlink Products

Anyone have experience with Airlink's Raven X device or anything like it?
It is supposed to be an 'always on' device that works off a cellular
network (choose your provider). A typical application would be to monitor
equipment in the field or video surveillance. I believe this is possible
with an EVDO network but what about 1xRtt?
