Since July of this year, my bill has been wrong every month. Sprint adds
charges for services I do not have on my plan, and charges me the casual
rate for data, which I do have on my plan. Every month I have to call and
explain the situation to 3-4 people before they finally make an adjustment
and then I pay the correct amount. Then the cycle continues the next
month.
Anyone have an idea how I can get this to stop and just get a correct bill
every month?
I really do like Sprint and I hate to quit them over this but its getting
very annoying.
Thanks in advance.

where you go when you are just about the last straw from canceling your service.
had a billing dispute regarding a mail in rebate that I never got , not even the form to send it in.
foujght and argued tor 3 mnths with promise of djustment given , to no avail.
retention gave me immediate credit on my bill and the problem disappeared.

I signed on with Sprint in August (3 SERO plans), my bill has been correct
every time. I suppose it does help to have everything included for $30 per
line
Yea it's just a matter of speaking to the right person. I couldn't make
international calls, and they told me I needed a seperate plan. I said
that's a lie, your web site has two sets of rates, one for plan subscribers
and one for non-subscribers.
They gave me a shit-ass excuse about the non-subscriber rates. I said if the
web site's wrong, I want to speak to the FCC compliance lawyers. They
laughed.
Finally SOMEBODY figured out the problem. A few weeks before my phone had
been cloned, ( I don't know how) and there were a bunch of fraudulent long
distance calls. Apparently they turned off long distance service and didn't
tell me.
The security department fixed it. Too bad I spent three days talking to the
long distance dept.

Guess I was roaming on an analogue network. Somebody told me the info could
be pulled out of the air even if I wasn't making a call.

Re: Digital Wireless Clone (was: Bill is wrong...again)
Very interesting. I did not realize a digital wireless phone could be
cloned. FYI http://tinyurl.com/2rwz9t
