Yes please call in and report the issue.

There are performance reports that are sent directly from the towers
on an hourly basis, but I am not sure how many would have to be missed
before tecnicians say OH there must be somethiing wrong there. It is
always a good idea to report any type of outage that you have
especially in an area that you are familiar with and know what the
typicall experience is like. You do not neccessarily have to call,
but at least shoot us an email letting us know what you are
experiencing and that it has happened in relation to a thunderstorm,
or other weather event. This way it can get reported and hopefully
fixed quicker. The more reports they receive in a certain area, the
more priority it will receive. [the squeaky wheel gets the grease].
