Default Notes not syncing properly in 6700

I have a 6700 and am able to sync contacts properly back and forth with the
desktop.

But when I synced the notes as well , it screws up. It did not upload values
inside notes from desktop to 6700
In 6700 it just shows the names of notes but content is blank. I scrolled
all the way down to see may be it was on the bottom but it is not there .
I am suspecting if the contents got embedded into the name field while
transfer and part of name. But this is not the case either. Only the first
line is shown as name of note ..............that is it

The I wrote a memo on 6700 (not on desktop) , synced and sent it to desktop.
With my settings for desktop always overrides, when I resynced, I lost the
damn content of that particular memo.

The only difference I see is that on Mobile on desktop, there is no check
box option for notes only for contacts, calendar, files etc. But I cannot
see this being an issue.

Another thing I noticed is that the note is annoyingly slow. If I closed the
(of course empty) note, by clicking ok on right top corner, the circular
multicolor windows progress thingy comes on and stays on for annoyingly
long time . This does not happen with contacts.
