The whole point is that these are actual complaints, not imagined
complaints and phony brandishing of figures saying Verison has the
most postpaid etc. and this is the reason they are at this level of
complaints.

This is nothing more than another anti-corporate america website which
probably contains many made-up complaints and non-issues. Just bacuse
someone bitches about a service online does not mean that the company is at
fault.
