samsung M500 - saving text messages to card/laptop?

My GF has this phone, and is a hoarder of text messages. She'd like
to be able to save old sent and received texts to either her MicroSD
card or send them to her laptop via Bluetooth. The manual which
Sprint has provided is next to useless regarding file sharing via BT,
and as a Treo user I'm not too good at figuring out how to make normal
phones do anything other than make calls.

Is this a feature that's even supported on this device, or is there a
3rd-party workaround?
