Sprint Family calling plans and access to all call logs accrosslines?

Is possible to have a Sprint family plan where access to individual
call logs and internet access is only accessable online and can't be
viewed without accessing the individual line?

In other words, there isn't a primary line and password that can see
everybodies calling records?
