Sprint now sends usage in a text messages

I found out today that Sprint will send your phone it's usage in a text
message.

But I'm still trying to see if there is a quicker way to have your usage
sent to your phone as a text message besides calling *4 and then pressing
'2' after you heard everything.

Ok, I just tried that and I had to press '2' a total of 6 times before it
sent the text messages.

You don't happen to know how to program waits or pauses into the phone
number on a WM6.1 device?
