Sprint Smart Phone with Navigation Pack

I'm considering buying a smart phone from Sprint, and I'm having the
hardest time getting a definitive answer regarding my needs for a
smart phone. If anyone here could provide information from personal
experience, I'd appreciate it.

I'm looking for a smart phone that can utilize the Sprint Navigation
Pack, which includes Sprint TV, Sprint Music, and Sprint Navigation.

I prefer a Pocket PC operating system and would like a full QWERTY
keyboard. I really want a touch screen, so I've been leaning towards
the Mogul.

Can anyone tell me if the Mogul can use all 3 of the Sprint TV, Music,
and Navigation services? (When I say Navigation, I want verbal turn-
by-turn navigation.)

Maybe with aftermarket software, but Navigator is not supported on the Mogul
right now by Sprint. (Maybe next year according to the blurbs , if you want
to gamble ).
